For parents with ADHD

Who's behind this
I'm Jay, a dad who got diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s. Two kids, a lot of burnout, and a kitchen full of meals I couldn't decide how to cook. I couldn't find anything written for parents who have ADHD themselves, so I started writing it. And building the tools I wished existed.
